Senior expertise with a practical delivery mindset.
Farah, M. is a senior business and systems analyst, technology consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience supporting complex technology and transformation initiatives across Canadian public- and private-sector organizations.
A Software Engineering graduate of Concordia University in Montreal, his background spans business and systems analysis, enterprise technology implementation, business intelligence, data, systems integration, process transformation, vendor assessment and user acceptance testing.
Throughout his career, he has worked within complex environments across government, healthcare, utilities, aviation, telecommunications, higher education and other enterprise sectors.
With more than 15 years of experience across enterprise systems, Farah, M. brings a deep understanding of how technology, data and business processes come together to move organizations forward.
Farah, M. founded Fullscope to create a more agile technology consulting model—combining senior-level expertise, strong business understanding and specialized delivery teams without the overhead and bureaucracy of a traditional large consultancy.
